Steve Warner - Director Steve has a background spanning the service industry for 26 years. Initially as a service engineer for a 'Key to Disk' company in the midlands, then graduating on to the larger OEM companies, Memorex and StorageTek. He found his niche in support services having moved through Branch Support, Area Support and up to UK Product Support. This covered Add-On Storage for IBM370 processors, DASD, Tape and Printers. In 1985 he left the OEM companies and moved into brokerage engineering with SUN computer services, then IBL Limited. This allowed him to gain skills on the majority of IBM products such as IBM3705 communications processors and 308X/3090 mainframes. These skills were developed into fourth party support for third party maintenance companies and brokerage sales support, not only in the UK but now world wide. A natural progression from fourth party support was to also provide training for the engineers and support personnel in these companies. This allowed Steve to build and deliver training courses for these companies tailored to their requirements. Needless to say we now have 'Off the shelf' training courses available. Seeing a requirement in the mid 90's for independent engineering and support services, Steve and Chris Lambert set up Ribeau Independent Engineering Limited.
