Nestling in the leafy suburbs of Ascot, Berkshire. From the M3 Leave at junction 3 and follow the A322 Bracknell Road dual carriage way to Ascot/Bracknell. Continue along the A322 over the first set of traffic lights. After approx. 1.5 miles keep in the right hand lane and follow the right hand fork to Ascot. Immediately after the right fork stay in the left hand lane up to the second set of traffic lights. Take the left hand fork to Ascot on the A332 Swinley Road. Follow this single carriage way for approx 2 miles passing the saw mills on the left hand side. Follow the road round a sharp right hand bend, we are approx. .5 mile on the right hand side. There is a small castle turret and barriers at the entrance to the estate. Unit 6 is at the far end on the right hand side. From the M4 Leave at junction 6 heading towards Windsor/Ascot. Follow the dual carriage way for approx 2 mile up to a traffic island with traffic lights. Over the first set of lights onto the traffic island, over the second set of traffic lights and left (3rd exit) signposted Ascot/Bracknell/Lego land. After approx. .5 mile you will approach a 'T' junction with traffic lights, turn right onto the B3022 Winkfield Road heading towards Ascot/Bracknell/Lego land. Follow this road straight on over the first traffic island and over the next traffic island (entrance to Lego Land) and then over a third traffic island keeping to the left lane on to Mounts Hill. Follow this road up to the 'Peanut' traffic island take the 3rd exit onto the A332 Windsor Road towards Bracknell. Follow this road over two mini traffic islands, Ascot race course is on the left hand side. Over a third traffic island up to the fourth traffic island. Take the 2nd exit onto A332 King's Ride heading towards Bagshot past Heatherwood hospital on the left. Kings Ride Park is approx. 2 miles on the left hand side. There is a small castle turret and barriers at the entrance to the estate. Unit 6 is at the far end on the right hand side.
